- Salaried position that will earn up to $54,000 salary per year; including bonuses
-
4 weeks paid time off per year;
- plus four company-paid-for, in-person retreats in addition to your paid time off; (each retreat will be 2 days, 1 night)
- 100% remote is available.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property & Casualty License (Anywhere in USA)
- Required by start date: Life & Health License (Anywhere in USA)
- 2+ years of insurance experience
- Confidence and competence to discuss customers' needs and offer solutions aka "selling".

We do not currently offer health benefits as part of our compensation package, but will consider doing so in late 2024 or start of 2025.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Our office is open Mon - Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
